The Wimberley Cafe is located in Wimberley, TX, somewhere southwest of San Marcus and northwest of New Braunfels, both located along I-35. If you don't live in the general area, then use GPS to get there. Wimberley is a nice little sleepy town with all kinds of shops. It makes for a great day trip, particularly if you start the day at the cafe.

Great eggs, good biscuits, and great chicken-fried steak. This is a rib filling breakfast. You can get the same dish with pork chops.

The blueberry pancakes are a Sunday special. The bacon is extra. This is an awesome pancake!
