Tx-35 takes you to Rockport. Cut off to Business 35 and ride on the main street of Rockport until you find Jalisco. It's on the opposite side as the Gulf.
Cheese Omelet:
Whether fancy or simple, Jalisco of Rockport does breakfast right. Look at the cheese oozing out of that omelet. Great potatoes and beans as well.
Beef Fajita Burrito:
This is hog heaven for me, and this is the mid-size burrito. They make a larger one. This was custom made for me: beef fajitas stuffed into a burrito and covered with chili con carne and cheese. Look how much cheese!
Sausage Omelet:
Here's another omelet, sausage, mushroom, and white cheese. This place has great choices when it comes to omelets.
Waffles-n-Eggs:
If you have kids, Jalisco makes both waffle and pancake plates. Look at how perfectly cooked the bacon is.
Bacon-n-Egg Burrito:
This is a smaller burrito but quite tasty. Filled with bacon, peppers, onions and eggs. This is eating lite at Jalisco.
Selection of the Menu:
Nice prices as well as great food. Tacos make great to-go food. Dining in, I prefer the plates.
